Heath Honeycutt
Owner
Heath has been licensed and building residential housing since the mid 2000’s in Georgia. Early on in his construction years he was the Co-Owner of Bonem & Honeycutt Construction and since he is the Owner of Amelia Oaks Construction. With 20 years of construction experience Heath has expertise in all aspects of the construction process.
Prior to his construction career Heath played baseball and graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He was selected as and All-ACC and All-American in 1998 and then drafted by the Florida Marlins in the 4th round. Heath played professionally for 7 years before injuries ended his career.
Heath has been a part of the community owning Ninth Inning Baseball in Chamblee, GA since 2010. His passion for the game and to help the younger generations of baseball players continues today.

Brett Harper
Owner
Brett has been in the Commercial Real Estate development and construction industry since the late 90's. His knowledge and responsibilities are expansive throughout the full cycle of development from site selection, financing, engineering, construction, leasing, property management, and disposition.
During his commercial development years, Brett has also built, owned, and operated Bruster's Ice Cream locations around metro Atlanta. Most recently, Brett built and is co-owner of PURE taqueria restaurants located in Inman Park and Brookhaven.
Brett is intimately involved in both Inman Park and Brookhaven regarding the community and support of many local charities. Brett is a current member of Brookhaven Chamber of Commerce and enjoys both golf with friends and traveling.
